Privacy Policy - Fam Care

Fam Care Privacy Policy

App: Fam Care  Provider: Rhythm Themes

In plain terms: your family's medication data never leaves this phone unless you email it yourself. Fam Care has no server, no account, and no way to see your information. Reminders and missed-dose alerts are sent from your own email account, directly to the one caregiver you choose.

This policy explains what Fam Care does and does not do with your information. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please contact us using the details at the bottom.

1. Who we are

Fam Care is a medication and care-tracking app provided by Rhythm Themes ("we," "us"). This policy applies to the Fam Care Android app. It does not apply to any third-party service you choose to connect the app to, such as your own email provider or Google Play.

2. The short version of how Fam Care is built

Fam Care is designed to be "privacy-first" as an architecture, not just a promise:

  • There is no Fam Care server. We do not operate any backend that receives, stores, or processes your health data. There is no Fam Care account to create and no login.
  • Your data is stored only on your device, in an encrypted database.
  • Alerts are sent from your own email account directly to your caregiver. We are never in the middle and cannot read them.

3. Information stored on your device

The following is created by you and stored locally on your phone. We never receive it:

  • The care recipient's profile (a display name and optional year of birth).
  • Medications, dosages, forms, notes, and reminder schedules.
  • Dose history (taken, missed, skipped) and refill quantities.
  • Optional vitals/symptom notes (a Pro feature) such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, or mood, if you choose to record them.
  • Your caregiver's name and contact details, and a locally generated pairing key.
  • An audit log of alerts that were sent, containing only the short text that was actually sent.

This data is stored in an encrypted-at-rest database on your device. The encryption key is held in your device's hardware-backed keystore.

4. Your email credentials (for sending alerts)

To send email alerts, you provide the details of your own email account, including an app-specific password or SMTP password.

  • These credentials are stored only on your device, encrypted using your device's hardware-backed keystore.
  • They are never sent to us and are never written into a backup unless you create one yourself (see Section 8).
  • They are used solely to connect to your email provider over a secure (TLS) connection to send an alert.

5. What the email alert feature actually does

When a dose is missed past its grace window, or a refill is running low, Fam Care composes a short message and sends it from your device, using your configured email account, directly to your caregiver's email address.

  • Fam Care does not operate a relay or mail server. The message travels from your phone to your email provider to your caregiver.
  • We cannot read the content, the recipient, the credentials, or any delivery information. None of it passes through us.
  • Once an email is sent, it lives in your email account's "Sent" folder and in your caregiver's inbox, both of which are outside Fam Care's control and governed by those providers' own policies.
  • As a manual fallback, you can also choose to send an alert yourself through WhatsApp, your SMS app, or another app via the standard Android share sheet. In that case, that app — not Fam Care — handles delivery.

6. Data that involves Google (and no one else)

We want to be exhaustive and honest here. The only third-party infrastructure involved is Google's, and only for the following:

  • Google Play Billing (Pro purchases). If you buy a Pro subscription or the lifetime option, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. Google handles your payment details under Google's Privacy Policy. Fam Care only receives a confirmation of your entitlement status (whether you own Pro); we never receive or store your card number or payment information.
  • Google Play Store distribution. When you download or update the app, Google Play collects standard information under its own policies. This is a function of the store, not of Fam Care.
  • On-device QR scanning. Caregiver pairing uses your camera with Google's on-device barcode scanning. Images are processed on your device and are not stored or transmitted by Fam Care.

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking. Fam Care contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

7. How long we keep data (retention)

Because everything is local, retention is entirely in your hands:

  • Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall Fam Care.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes the local database and your stored email credentials.
  • Emails you have already sent are not affected by uninstalling — they remain in the relevant email accounts.

8. Backups you create yourself

Fam Care lets you export an encrypted backup file and save it wherever you choose (for example, your own cloud drive, local storage, or an email to yourself).

  • The backup is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, using strong encryption (AES-256-GCM with a passphrase-derived key).
  • Once you save the file, its security is your responsibility — it is only as protected as the location you store it in.
  • If you lose the passphrase, the backup cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. There is deliberately no recovery mechanism, because a recovery mechanism would require us to be able to decrypt your data — which we cannot and will not do.

9. Children's privacy

Fam Care is a general-audience utility intended for adults managing care for themselves or a family member. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we do not operate a server and collect no data ourselves, we have no data about any user, including children. If you believe a child has used the app, simply deleting the app removes all local data.

10. Your rights and choices

  • Access: all your data is visible to you within the app at any time.
  • Deletion: you can delete medications, history, and other entries in the app, or remove everything by uninstalling.
  • Alerts: you can turn off email alerts, change or remove your email credentials, and change your caregiver at any time in Settings.
  • Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for you to request from us — you are already in full control on your device.

11. Security

We use encryption at rest for the on-device database, hardware-backed keystore protection for credentials and keys, and TLS for email delivery and purchases. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but by keeping data on your device and out of any central server, we remove the single biggest target — a company database of family health information — from the picture entirely.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Privacy Policy for Snap Slide

Privacy Policy for Snap Slide

Effective date: 16 August 2026 · Last updated: 16 August 2026

The short version. Snap Slide has no accounts and no sign-in. Your puzzle progress never leaves your device.

The only data that goes anywhere is what Google's advertising and payment services need: an advertising identifier so ads can be shown and measured, and purchase records if you buy something. We never see your payment details.

Rhythm Themes("we", "us", or "our") operates the Snap Slide mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Gameplay data — puzzle progress, move counts, completion times, stars earned, hint balance, and your sound, music, haptics and timer settings. This is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. If you have Android's backup feature enabled, it may be included in your own Google account backup, which is controlled by you and encrypted by Google.
  • Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data — collected by our advertising partner, Google AdMob, in order to serve and measure ads. This includes your device's advertising ID and events such as an ad being shown or tapped. Where you have given consent, this may be used for personalised advertising.
  • Purchase data — when you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive only the status of the purchase so we can unlock what you bought and restore it later. We never receive or store your card number or payment details.
  • What we do not collect — we do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier. The App has no account system, no sign-in, no chat, and no user-generated content.

2. How we use information

  • To run the game, save your progress, and let you resume a puzzle later.
  • To process purchases you choose to make, and to restore them if you reinstall the App or change device.
  • To display advertising, which is what keeps the App free — including personalised advertising where you have consented and where local law permits.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to build a profile of you outside of the advertising described above.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the following Google services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

You can review how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Advertising and your consent

Before any ad is requested, the App asks for your advertising consent using Google's User Messaging Platform, in line with the EU/UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws. If you decline personalised advertising, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Data & privacy → Ad privacy choices inside the App. You can also reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your Android system settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.

5. Your rights and choices

  • Delete your data. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data from Android's app settings, permanently removes all gameplay data stored on your device.
  • Purchases. You can view and manage your purchase history through Google Play's own order management tools.
  • Access, correction and erasure. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not operate servers or hold an account for you, most such data sits with Google as described above — but you can contact us at the address below and we will help you direct the request appropriately.
  • Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell personal information. Ad personalisation can be switched off using the consent controls above.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, or under the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data retention and security

Gameplay data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. All network traffic from the third-party services listed above uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data processed on our behalf, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

The third-party services above are operated by Google and may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers are governed by Google's own safeguards and privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example if we add a new feature or service. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where required by law we will seek your consent again. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

10. Contact us

Questions, concerns, or privacy requests can be sent to apps.rhythmthemes@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service — Ludo Saga

Effective date: 15 August 2026

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Application: Ludo Saga (com.boxi.ludosaga)

Developer: Rhythm Themes

Contact: apps.rhythmthemes@gmail.com

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Ludo Saga mobile game ("the Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, which govern your purchases and your relationship with Google.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Game;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
  • distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence, or commercially exploit the Game;
  • use cheats, automation software, modified clients, or memory editors to alter gameplay, the coin balance, or entitlements;
  • remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

3. Eligibility and age

The Game is rated for a general audience. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made on the device.

The Game has no chat, no user-generated content, no user profiles visible to others, and no way for players to contact one another.

4. Virtual items and virtual currency

4.1 What coins are

The Game contains an in-game currency ("coins") and cosmetic items such as board themes, dice skins and token designs, together with unlockable Power Cards.

Coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They are a limited licence to use a feature inside the Game, not property, and not a balance held on your behalf. They:

  • cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for money or anything of value;
  • cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player or account;
  • may be lost if you uninstall the Game or reset your progress.

4.2 No gambling

The Game contains no gambling and no wagering. Nothing in the Game can be won or lost for real money. There are no loot boxes and no randomised paid rewards: every purchasable item grants a fixed, disclosed quantity or a specific named item, stated before you buy.

Power Cards are drawn during play only, are never sold for money, and can be unlocked solely with coins earned by playing.

4.3 Cosmetics are cosmetic

Board themes, dice skins and token designs change only how the Game looks. They confer no competitive advantage and do not affect the rules, the dice, or the outcome of any match.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. We never receive or store your payment details.

  • Prices are shown by Google Play in your local currency before you confirm.
  • One-time purchases (such as Remove Ads) are tied to your Google account and can be restored via Settings → Restore purchases.
  • Consumable purchases (coin bundles) are credited once and are consumed on delivery.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Please raise refund requests through Google Play. We can assist with in-game delivery problems, but we cannot process a refund ourselves.
  • If a purchase is refunded or revoked, the corresponding entitlement is removed the next time the Game checks with Google Play.

6. Advertising

The Game shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob.

  • Rewarded video adverts are always optional. You are asked first, you may decline, and declining never blocks progress or costs you anything.
  • Full-screen adverts appear only between matches, never during play, and are frequency capped.
  • Purchasing Remove Ads permanently disables full-screen advertising.

Advertising practices and the data involved are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Progress is stored on your device

The Game has no accounts and no servers of our own. Your progress, statistics and unlocked items are stored only on your device.

This means progress can be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, reset progress, or lose the device. Where Android backup is enabled on your account, some data may be included in your device backup, which is controlled by you and Google.

Purchases are the exception: they are recorded by Google Play and can be restored on a new device using the same Google account.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the Game to fix defects, adjust balance, or add and remove features. We may also discontinue the Game or any feature. Where a change would materially remove a paid feature you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the Play listing or an in-app message.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms, in particular section 2 (cheating or tampering). On termination, the licence in section 2 ends and virtual items are forfeited without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of virtual items.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 20.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Third-party services

The Game uses Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and Google's User Messaging Platform. Your use of those services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Game bundles the Cinzel and Manrope typefaces under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. Licence texts ship inside the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws  without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be signposted in the Game or the Play listing where reasonably practical. Continuing to play after the effective date means you accept the change.

1. The short version

Ludo Saga is a single-device board game. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no servers of our own, and no online multiplayer. Your name, progress, statistics and unlocked items are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. We do not sell personal data.

The app uses two Google services — Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play Billing for purchases. Those services collect data of their own, described in section 4.

2. Who we are

This policy is issued by Rhythm Themes ("we", "us"), the developer of Ludo Saga. For any question about this policy or your data, write to  apps.rhythmthemes@gmail.com.

Where data protection law applies, we act as the controller for the limited processing described in section 3. For advertising, Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through the AdMob SDK.

3. Data stored on your device

The following is written to the app's private storage area on your device and is never sent to us:

DataPurpose
Display name and chosen crestShown on the board and profile screen
Coin balance and XPThe in-game economy
Match statistics (wins, losses, captures, matches played)The profile screen
Campaign progress and star ratingsStory mode progression
Unlocked cosmetics and Power CardsRestoring what you own between sessions
Settings (sound, music, vibration, theme, animation speed)Remembering your preferences
A cached record of your purchasesKnowing whether ads are removed without a network call

Deleting it. Uninstalling Ludo Saga removes all of it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress inside the app, which does not affect purchases.

Backups. If you have Android Backup enabled for your Google account, the game database and settings file may be included in your device backup so your progress survives a device change. That backup is controlled by you and Google, is encrypted by Google, and is not accessible to us.

4. Data collected by third parties

4.1 Google AdMob — advertising

Ludo Saga shows two kinds of advert: an occasional full-screen advert between matches, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards.

To serve, cap and measure these, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes:

  • Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable identifier used for ad delivery, frequency capping and measurement;
  • Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, and network type;
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address — country or region level. The app does not request or receive GPS or precise location;
  • Ad interaction data — whether an advert was requested, shown, viewed, clicked, or completed.

Android Privacy Sandbox. On devices that support it, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox APIs, which the SDK declares on the app's behalf:

  • Topics API — supplies coarse interest categories, derived on your device, to help select relevant adverts without tracking you across apps;
  • Attribution Reporting API — measures whether an advert led to an install or action, using privacy-preserving aggregate reporting;
  • Ad ID access — reads the advertising identifier described above.

This data is processed by Google as an independent controller. See Google's advertising privacy notice at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads and how Google uses data from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your controls.

  • You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it stops personalised advertising.
  • On supported devices you can manage Privacy Sandbox settings in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Ad privacy.
  • If you are in a region covered by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or similar rules, Ludo Saga shows a consent form on first launch, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform. You may change your choice later from Settings → Ad privacy options, where that option is available in your region.
  • Purchasing Remove Ads permanently disables all full-screen advertising. Rewarded videos remain available only if you actively choose to watch one; they are never required.

4.2 Google Play Billing — purchases

When you buy something, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. Google receives your payment details and account information. We never see or store your payment method, card number, or billing address.

Ludo Saga receives back only a purchase token and the product identifier, which it uses to unlock what you bought. That token is cached on your device so purchases keep working offline.

See Google Play's terms at https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms/.

4.3 No analytics

This version of Ludo Saga includes no analytics SDK — no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, and no third-party measurement or attribution SDK beyond the AdMob functionality described above. If that changes in a future release, this policy and the Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before that release ships.

5. Permissions the app uses

Some permissions are declared by the app; others are added automatically by the Google Mobile Ads and Play Billing libraries. For transparency, the complete list in the published app is:

PermissionDeclared byWhy
INTERNETAppLoading adverts and contacting Google Play
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEAppChecking connectivity before requesting an advert
VIBRATEAppHaptic feedback, which you can switch off in Settings
AD_IDAppDeclared explicitly so it matches the Data Safety declaration
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_IDAds SDKPrivacy Sandbox access to the advertising ID
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICSAds SDKPrivacy Sandbox Topics API
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTIONAds SDKPrivacy Sandbox attribution measurement
FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCKAds SDKKeeping the screen active during a rewarded video
com.android.vending.BILLINGBilling SDKProcessing purchases through Google Play

The app requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, files, photos, calendar, call logs, or SMS.

6. Children's privacy

Ludo Saga is rated for a general audience and contains no content directed specifically at children.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It never asks for a name, age, email address or any other identifying detail, and it has no chat, no user-generated content, and no way for players to contact one another.

Because the app serves advertising, it is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme and is not directed to children under 13 within the meaning of COPPA, nor to children under the applicable age of digital consent in the EEA and the UK.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us at the address above and we will investigate and delete anything found.

7. Data retention

  • Data stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
  • We operate no servers and therefore retain nothing ourselves.
  • Data held by Google (AdMob, Play Billing) is retained under Google's own policies, linked in section 4.

8. Security

Game data is held in the app's private storage area, which Android isolates from other apps. Purchases are verified through Google Play rather than trusted from local storage, so a modified device cannot grant itself entitlements. All communication with Google's services uses encrypted connections provided by those SDKs.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

Because Ludo Saga stores nothing about you outside your own device, you can exercise most of these directly:

  • Delete everything — uninstall the app, or use Settings → Reset progress.
  • Advertising — reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings, and change your consent choice in Settings → Ad privacy options where available.
  • Purchases — managed through your Google Play account.

For data held by Google, please contact Google using the links in section 4. For anything else, write to  apps.rhythmthemes@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16.

10. International transfers

Google may process the data described in section 4 in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in Google's own privacy documentation.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version at this URL before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after that point means you accept the updated policy.
