# Privacy Policy
## 1. Summary
- We do **not** sell your personal information.
- We do **not** collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or device identifiers for advertising.
- We use **Firebase** (a Google service) to sign you in and to sync your favorites and account data.
- We use **Google Play Billing** to process subscriptions and one-time purchases. We never see or store your payment card details.
- Some preferences (such as dark mode) are stored **only on your device**.

## 2. Information We Collect
### 2.1 Account information
The App offers anonymous sign-in through **Firebase Authentication**. When you sign in, Google/Firebase generates an anonymous user identifier (a random user ID) that lets the App associate your saved data with your account. If you sign in with an email-based method, your email address may be processed by Firebase Authentication to manage your account.
### 2.2 App content and activity
- **Favorites:** Prompts you mark as favorites are stored and synced to your account using **Firebase (Cloud Firestore)** so they are available across your devices.
- **Prompt library content** is delivered to your device; browsing the catalog does not require an account.
### 2.3 Purchase and subscription information
The App uses **Google Play Billing** to offer subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only the purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock premium features (for example, whether you have an active subscription). **We do not collect or store your credit card number or other payment instrument details.**
### 2.4 Information stored only on your device
Certain settings — such as your dark-mode preference and whether you have completed onboarding — are stored locally on your device using Android DataStore and are not transmitted to us.
### 2.5 Technical and diagnostic data
To operate reliably and securely, Firebase and Google Play services may automatically process limited technical information such as app version, device/OS type, IP address, and crash or performance data. This information is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy (see Section 6).
We do **not** integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, and the App does **not** track you across other apps or websites.

## 3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account.
- Save and synchronize your favorites across your devices.
- Process and validate subscriptions and purchases, and unlock premium content.
- Remember your in-app preferences.
- Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the App.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We process this data on the basis of providing the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App, and, where required, your consent.

## 4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with:
- **Google / Firebase** — for authentication, data storage and synchronization, and basic diagnostics.
- **Google Play / Google Play Billing** — for purchase processing and subscription management.
- **Legal and safety** — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
- **Business transfers** — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case data may be transferred subject to this Policy.
These providers act as our service providers / processors and are permitted to use the data only to provide their services to us.

## 5. Data Retention and Deletion
- **Account and favorites data** are retained while your account is active.
- **Local preferences** remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
- **Purchase records** are retained as required by Google Play and applicable tax/accounting rules.
### How to delete your data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing **saktisankarb@gmail.com** with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
