By using the CalorieIQ mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalorieIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and

our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

## 2. Description of Service

CalorieIQ is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking tool.

It provides nutritional estimates based on user-provided text and images.

## 3. Not Medical Advice

**CALORIEIQ IS NOT A MEDICAL APP.** All nutritional information, calorie counts, and

macro estimates provided by the AI are **estimates only**.

- Do not rely on CalorieIQ for the management of medical conditions

(e.g., diabetes, eating disorders).

- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian

before starting a new diet or exercise program.

- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated data.

## 4. Subscriptions and Payments

- **Premium Tier**: Certain features require a paid subscription (Monthly or Annual).

- **Billing**: Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Google Play Store.

- **Cancellations**: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your

Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

- **Free Trial**: If offered, free trials will automatically convert to a paid

subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

## 5. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

- You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalorieIQ and its developers shall not be

liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of

the app, including but not limited to health issues or inaccuracies in nutritional data.

## 7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion,

without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

## 8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are

posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
